\(106 \times 106 - 94 \times 94\)

\(= 106^2 -94^2\)........(i)

Apply Following Formula  (\(a^2-b^2 =(a+b)(a-b)\)) on (i)

\(=(106+94)(106-94)\)

\(= (200)(12)\)

= 2400
