Geven Data,
The length of the rod = 3 cm
To measure 120 m , Rod is apply by 120 times .
Therefore, total length that is measure by longer part = 120 x 3
= 360 cm = 3.60 m (∵ 100cm = 1m)
Then, the actual length of rope = 120m + 3.6m
= 123 m 60 cm
Hence, the answer is 123 m 60 cm.
