Answer is : 4853625

Required Population

\(= 4.2 * 10^6 \big(1 + \frac{75}{1000}\big)^2\)

\(=4200000 * \big(\frac{43}{40}\big)^2\)

\(=\frac{4200000 * 43 *43}{40 * 40}\)

\(=4853625\)
