You have all the necessary official emails of all your clients, colleagues, boss and bank's employees added in your Global Address List. One of your client's email address has changed. How will you update contacts in the Global Address List if you are using Office 2010?
AClick the Refresh button on the Contact tab.
BChange your Settings to Automatically Update Contacts.
CTake no action as the Global Address List automatically syncs with Outlook.
DClick File tab -> Account Settings -> Download Address Book. Click checkbox
Download changes since last Send/Receive -> Click OK.
