Answer is Father-in-law
A is father of C whose son is D.
So, A grandfather of D. --------------------(1)

E is mother of F whose brother is D.
So,E is mother of D ---------------------(2)

From (1) and (2)
C is father of D.

So, A is the Father-in-law of E.
