So 18 is highest common no that can divided all 4 no HCF (270,288,252,198) (15, 16,14,11) 

For 270 kg rice easily handling 15 bags of 18kg

For 288kg rice 16 bags of 18kg, 

For 252 kg rice 14 bags of 18kg, 

For 198 kg rice 11 bags of 18kg.

So 56 bags of 18 kg each variety of rice is stored separately in the containers without mixing

\(=> 4x - 4y = 3x+3y\)

=> x = 7y
